T Paul Thomas

I am currently an Associate Professor of Practice and Executive in Residence at Northern Arizona University, where I teach Management, Entrepreneurship, International Business and Nonprofit Management. I also serve as the Director of the T Paul Thomas Center for Nonprofit Entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining the NAU faculty in 2013, I was a Serial CEO, successfully leading more than a dozen Publicly Traded, Venture-backed, and Privately funded organizations in Africa, China, Europe, India, Japan and throughout the United States.

My first book, “Serial CEO – Lessons from the Climb” was a best seller, published in 2024.
